WHAT IS A BUSINESS ADDITIONAL?
Enterprises conducting business are shown on the business lines that the company has registered with the licensing agency and are only allowed to do business in those lines that are not prohibited by law.
For unregistered business lines, enterprises need to carry out procedures for additional registration of business lines within 10 days from the date of change. “According to Clause 1, Article 7 of the Law on Enterprises, enterprises are free to conduct business in industries and trades that are not prohibited by law.”
The usual lines of business
With all business lines that do not pollute the environment, are not toxic. Products and services that are used by many consumers can be temporarily called ordinary businesses.

Procedures for registration of ADDITIONAL BUSINESS LINES

Step 1:
Enterprises send notices to Business Registration Offices with additional contents, changes in business lines or lines. The Notice must be enclosed with the Decision and a valid copy of the minutes of the meeting of the Members' Council two member limited company, of the General Meeting of Shareholders for joint stock company, and of general partners in the case of a partnership.

Step 2:
Upon receipt of the Notice, the Business Registration Office issues a Receipt. Check the validity of the profile. Supplement, change information about business lines of enterprises in the National Database of Business Registration.
Step 3:
↪️ In case the application file for notification of addition or modification of business lines is not valid. The Business Registration Office announces the amendment of the enterprise. Supplement dossiers within 03 working days.
Doanh️ Enterprises are responsible for notifying changes or additions to business lines to the Business Registration Office within 10 working days from the date of change. In case there is a change that the enterprise fails to notify, it will be sanctioned in accordance with the law on sanctioning of administrative violations in the field of planning and investment.
