Procedures for Re-issuance of Foreign Representative Office LICENSE
A license to establish a representative office of a foreign trader is re-issued in the following cases: Traders change the office's address to another province / city; or is lost, burnt, damaged to the point of being unusable. Traders must carry out the procedures for re-grant of representative office establishment licenses.
Cases requiring re-issuance of representative office licenses
The trader moves the head office of the representative office to another province or city directly under the Central Government, or the geographical area under the management of one Management Board to another province or city under the Central Government. or geographical area under the management of another Management Board.
The representative office establishment license, branch establishment license is lost, destroyed, damaged or destroyed in any form.
Dossier of request for RE-GRANT OF REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE LICENSE
a) In case a trader moves his/her head office to another province/city:
- An application form for re-issuance of a representative office establishment license (under the form of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, signed by a competent representative of the foreign trader).
- Notice of termination of operation of the representative office to the licensing agency where it is relocated.
- A copy of the License for Establishment of the Representative Office has been granted; Contract or memorandum of understanding has been leased the new headquarters location.
b) In case of re-issuance of representative office license due to loss, fire or damage of the application for reissuance of representative office establishment license (according to the form of the Ministry of Industry and Trade by a competent representative of a country trader out of sign).
Sequence of steps to carry out procedures for re-issuance of a license to establish a foreign representative office
Step 1: Prepare all documents as prescribed in this Section 2
Step 2: Submit the prepared documents in the following forms: Submit directly at the licensing agency; Submit application by post; Submit online at Public Service (Public Service of Department of Industry and Trade; Public Service of Provincial/City People's Committee; National Public Service)
Time limit for processing OFFICE LICENSE RESULT
Within 03 days from the date of receiving the dossier, the licensing agency will check and if it is not valid, it will issue a written request to the trader to supplement the dossier. And within 05 days, if the application is valid, the licensing agency will issue a new license to the trader.
Things to note after changing the representative office establishment license
After being re-granted a license to establish a foreign representative office, if any information is changed, tax registration information is changed. Traders must carry out notification procedures to the tax administration within 10 days from the date they are re-granted permits.

- Certified copy of New License.
