A 2-member limited liability company is a company that must have at least 02 people and the number of members must not exceed 50 people. Members are only responsible for their powers and debts within the registered capital.

a) Citizen's identity card, people's identity card, passport or other lawful personal identification of members being individuals. (Citation of Clause 4, Article 22 of the Law on Enterprises on enterprise registration dossiers of limited liability companies).
b) Establishment decision, enterprise registration certificate or other equivalent documents of the organization and written authorization; Citizen's identity card, people's identity card, passport or other lawful personal identification of the authorized representative of an organization member. For a member being a foreign organization, a copy of the Certificate of Business Registration or an equivalent document must be consularly legalized.
c) Investment registration certificate for foreign investors in accordance with the Law on Investment.
