3. How to call and name different types of businesses
According to Article 38 of the Law on Enterprises, the names of enterprises can be fully written or abbreviated as follows:
a) Private enterprise:
It can be written as PRIVATE ENTERPRISE / PRIVATE or TN ENTERPRISE. Depending on the needs of the business that naming accordingly.
For example, some ways to write: ABC PRIVATE ENTERPRISES ABC GEMS GOLDEN PRIVATE ENTERPRISES ABC GEMS GOLDEN PRIVATE ENTERPRISE.
b) One member LLC:
Written as a LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY or a LIMITED COMPANY. Particularly, the word "One member" is not required to be written on the license.
For example how to write: SAIGON TRANSPORT CO., LTD SAIGON TRANSPORT CO., LTD SAIGON TRANSPORT ONE MEMBER LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY SAIGON TRANSPORT ONE MEMBER COMPANY LIMITED.
c) Two member limited liability companies:
Can be written as a LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY / COMPANY LIMITED. Particularly, the word "Two or more members" is not required to be specified.
For example how to write: VIETNAM AIR CO., LTD AIR CO. LTD.
