WHAT IS A TEMPORARY RESIDENCE CARD (TRC)?

HOW CASE BE ISSUED A TEMPORARY RESIDENCE CARD (TRC) IN VIETNAM

➬ Foreigners who are members of diplomatic missions, consular offices, representative offices of international organizations under the United Nations, intergovernmental organizations in Vietnam and their spouses, children under 18 years of age, and maids accompanied by term.

Tel1 – Issued to foreign investors in Vietnam and representative of foreign organizations investing in Vietnam with a contributed capital of VND 100 billion or more or investing in investment-preferred industries or trades, geographical locations The investment incentive table is decided by the Government.

Tel2 – Issued to foreign investors in Vietnam and representatives of foreign organizations investing in Vietnam with a contributed capital of between VND 50 billion and under VND 100 billion or investing in industries or professions that encourage investment. development investment is decided by the Government.

DT3 – Issued to foreign investors in Vietnam and representatives of foreign organizations investing in Vietnam with contributed capital from 03 billion VND to less than 50 billion VND.

NN1 – Issued to persons who are heads of representative offices and projects of international organizations and foreign non-governmental organizations in Vietnam.

NN2 – Issued to heads of representative offices, branches of foreign traders, and representative offices of foreign economic, cultural, and other professional organizations in Vietnam.

DH – Granted to people entering to practice and study.

PV1 – Issued to reporters and newspapers reported in Vietnam.

LD1 – Issued to foreigners working in Vietnam with confirmation that they are not eligible for work permits unless otherwise provided for in an international treaty to which Vietnam is a signatory.

LD2 – Issued to foreigners working in Vietnam who are required to have a work permit.

NG3 – Issued to members of diplomatic missions, consular offices, representative offices of international organizations of the United Nations, representative offices of intergovernmental organizations and their spouses, children under 18 years of age, maids accompanied by term.

TT – Issued to foreigners who are spouses, children under 18 years of age of foreigners who are granted visas with the symbol LV1, LV2, LS, DT1, DT2, DT3, NN1, NN2, DH, PV1, LD1, LD2, or a foreigner is the father, mother, wife, husband or child of a Vietnamese citizen.

DOCUMENTATION FOR A NEW TEMPORARY RESIDENCE CARD FOR FOREIGNERS IN VIETNAM
