Change of Location of Investment Project of Foreign Company
The location of the implementation of the investment project of the foreign-owned company is the place that directly conducts business/production activities. The location of the project may be the same as the head office of the enterprise or in another place. It is possible to change locations without necessarily sharing the same business address.

1. Procedures for changing the location of an investment project
1.1. Change of project implementation location on the Investment Certificate DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS:
a) A written request for adjustment of the investment project (provided form in Appendix I.7);
b) Report on project implementation (provided form in Appendix I.8);
c) Investment project proposal (provided form in Appendix I.3);
d) The Investor's decision on the change of the project location; Processing time: 10-15 working days
1.2. Change of business address (head office) on the Certificate of Business Registration
REQUIREMENTS:
a) Notice of change of business registration information (form prescribed in Appendix II-1)
b) Meeting minutes for 2-member limited liability companies and joint-stock companies.
c) Decision of the Owner/Members' Council/Shareholder's Council; Processing time: 05 working days.
2. Process of steps to change investment registration
Step 1: Investors register online investment declaration at the website of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, fill in the information according to the instructions on the website.
Step 2: Submit documents related to the change of investment project location according to the documents prepared in Clause 1.1, Section 1.
Step 3: Done. NOTE: In case the enterprise only changes the location of the investment project on the Investment Certificate, it is not required to carry out the procedures in Clause 1.2, Section 1. In case the enterprise changes the location on both documents, it shall carry out the procedures. both Clauses 1.1 and 1.2 in parallel. 3. a) Change the seal sample if the information on the seal changes (District/District).
b) Update information at the Bank.
c) Notify suppliers and customers.
d) Adjusting to issue invoices after changing the address.
