CHANGE OF OFFICE HEAD
Procedure for Changing Head of Foreign Representative Office
Within 60 days after a foreign trader changes the head of a representative office, he / she must carry out procedures for changing the head of the representative office and send it to the licensing agency in accordance with law.
Note: Attach documents proving that the former Head of Office has fulfilled his personal income tax obligations.

Things foreign traders need to pay attention to
Before deciding to appoint a new head of office, a foreign trader should note the following:
The head of a representative office cannot concurrently hold the following positions:
➫ Head of Branch of the same foreign trader.
➫ Head of Branches of other foreign traders.
➫ The legal representative of that foreign trader or other foreign trader.
➫ The legal representative of an economic organization established in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
Dossier for requesting change of the Head of the representative office of foreign business
- Document on appointment / appointment of the head of the new representative office of the foreign trader; Authenticated copy of ID card / CCCD / passport of the head (In case of foreigner, certified copy must be translated into Vietnamese according to regulations);
- Application for modification of representative office establishment license (Form MD-3, Circular No. 11/2016 / TT-BCT);
- Document on personal income tax liability completion of the former Chief Representative up to the time of change;
- The original license was issued.
