Documents to apply for a tourist visa to Japan include:
↪️ One 4×6 photo (white background, no older than 6 months).
↪️ Passport (original, valid for at least 6 months, signed).

↪️ Proof of work in Vietnam.

↪️ Financial proof: real estate documents (if any), savings book (copy, notarized within 2 months), account balance at the moment.
Visa validity 3 months, stay 15 days.

4. One of the following papers: One of the following documents of the Japanese receiving place (company introduction document).
- Register of legal entities – Tokibo (photocopies or faxes are not accepted)
- Company website printout
- Pamphlet introduces the company
- Photocopy of the company's page in the 4-quarter report of listed companies.
- In case the inviter is an individual (university professor), the above documents can be replaced with a professional certificate.

5. Foreign trade contract (any document providing proof of the relationship between two parties).
6. Letter of recommendation for a job (specify trip expenses paid by the company).
7. Business registration (copy of the original).
8. Passport, 4×6 photo, household registration, cmnd.
9. Labor contract of the visa applicant.
It takes 7-10 working days to get a Japanese visa
