WHAT IS LEGAL CAPITAL?

Legal capital is the minimum amount of capital that an enterprise must have sufficient according to the provisions of law for business lines with corresponding capital conditions.

Legal capital under the Investment Law 2014 (effective from July 1, 2015) stipulates 267 conditional investment and business lines, including those requiring legal capital conditions.

And according to the Law on Enterprises 2014 (effective from July 1, 2015) when registering the application for company establishment, the enterprise is not required to declare the legal capital level in the new establishment dossier, but the enterprise must be responsible for the registration of the company. responsible for declaring to the "Management agency related to business lines" of their enterprise.
