Vietnam's preferential import and export tariff schedule for the implementation of EVFTA in the period of 2020-2022

DECREE

VIETNAM'S SPECIAL PRIORIZED EXPORT TAX TAXES AND SPECIAL Preference IMPORT TAXES OF VIETNAM FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FREE TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM - 2022 - 2022

Pursuant to the June 19, 2015 Law on Government Organization;
Pursuant to the April 6, 2016 Law on Import Tax and Export Tax;
Pursuant to the June 23, 2014 Customs Law;
Pursuant to the June 13, 2019 Law on Tax Administration;
Pursuant to the Law on International Treaties dated April 9, 2016;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 102/2020/QH14 dated June 8, 2020 of the National Assembly ratifying the Free Trade Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the European Union;

To implement the Free Trade Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and Lien at the proposal of the Minister of Finance; 

The Government promulgates the Decree on the Preferential Export Tariff and the Special Preferential Import Tariff of Vietnam to implement the Free Trade Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the European Union in the period of 2020 - 2022. 

Article 1. Governing scope This Decree promulgates Vietnam's Preferential Export Tariff and Vietnam's Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the Free Trade Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the European Union. (hereinafter referred to as ….)
